These terms and conditions of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services offered by NUTZ & BOLTZ. By using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

NUTZ & BOLTZ offers a wide range of Nuts, Bolts, and other Specialty and Automotive fasteners. We also offer a range of Screw, Rivets and other Specialty fasteners. Our products are sold through our physical store.

Payment for our products and services can be made through our store. We accept all major credit cards (Not including AMEX), and Cash.

We can organise shipping to customers within Australia. Shipping fees will be calculated when order is confirmed and are based on the weight and size of the order.

We accept returns and offer refunds for products that are defective or supplied in error. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase, to initiate a return for Store Credit or Exchange.

NUTZ & BOLTZ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for any loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
